We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt during our working week. Our working week is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), subject to availability of stock.

Please note, however, that during very busy periods it may not always be possible for us to dispatch Standard UK parcels within this timeframe and that occasionally delays may occur.

Returns

You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price to you to the card you originally used for the purchase.

Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the goods to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

Duties

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
